Clay Enrichment Service: Waterfall Workflows Built for You
Incomplete or stale data can weaken an outbound workflow. Asphia organizes provider results, reviews address and title data, and adds available signal context. Complete or deliverable data is not guaranteed for every contact.
- ✓ Provider order set around coverage and lookup cost
- ✓ Provider results reviewed before a contact enters the agreed send workflow
- ✓ Signal columns track funding, headcount changes, and tech stack changes
- ✓ Table logic documented so your team can extend the system without rebuilding it
- ✓ Your existing Clay seat is enough. No new tool purchase required
What a waterfall build actually looks like
A waterfall workflow runs data providers in sequence. Apollo goes first, followed by LeadMagic for email verification and ZeroBounce for a second pass on catch-all domains. Clay controls the logic. Asphia configures the table and fallback rules, sets the provider order, and adds scoring columns. Provider signals classify available contact data; a deliverable address or usable signal is not guaranteed for every contact.
Signal columns that feed the copy layer
Raw enrichment is not enough. Asphia can add Clay columns for recent funding rounds, relevant hires, tech-stack changes, and job postings. Those columns provide context for draft review; material statements are compared with available source data and gaps are flagged for human review.
Built in your stack, yours to keep
The Clay table, waterfall logic, integrations, account control, and handover are defined in the engagement scope. Where the workflow is configured in your workspace, agreed assets and operating documentation can be handed over under that scope. Ongoing operation, if requested, is a separate responsibility.
Common questions
Do I need to already have a Clay subscription? +
Yes. Asphia builds inside your existing Clay workspace. If you do not have a seat yet, you can sign up for one before we start, and we will walk you through the setup during onboarding.
Which data providers does the waterfall use? +
The exact stack depends on your ICP and the enrichment signals that matter most for your motion. Apollo, LeadMagic, and ZeroBounce are providers Asphia commonly uses, combined based on what gives the best coverage for your target accounts.
How long does it take to build the enrichment workflow? +
A focused waterfall build typically takes a few days as part of the broader outbound engine setup. The free audit call is where we scope what your specific list and signal needs require.
