## 03 — Sending controls

- [ ] SPF, DKIM and DMARC reviewed
- [ ] Unsubscribe / DNC suppression tested
- [ ] Audience, cadence and owner approved

## 04 — Reply handoff

- [ ] Reply categories are defined
- [ ] Human owner and response expectation are named
- [ ] Learning is recorded against a baseline
